`Ranit Basu is a law graduate from Bharti Vidyapeeth, New Law College, Pune. He began his career in 2015 at the Chambers of Mr. B. M. Chatterji - Senior Advocate. He has been part of various high stake matters relating to Direct and Indirect Taxation, Arbitration, Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Securities Laws, Real Estate Laws, Municipal Corporation and Co-operative Societies.
He is considered an expert on the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code. He has established a robust Insolvency and Bankruptcy practice, where he has assisted clients in recovering their outstanding dues as well as defending claims by advising through every stage of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.
He also specializes in matters pertaining to Securities
Laws, Real Estate Laws, Admiralty Laws and Intellectual
Property Rights. He regularly appears before the National
Company Law Tribunal, the Securities Appellate Tribunal

Karan Narvekar is a law graduate from Government Law College, Mumbai and has a Masters degree in International Commercial Laws from Cardiff University, UK. He has previously worked in the corporate teams of Economic Laws Practice and Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas and Company.
He regularly advises start-ups and helps them navigate commercial agreements and corporate compliance. He has been part of several private equity and M&A transactions, wherein he has advised investors as well as target companies through every stage of the fund raising process. He has advised listed and unlisted companies across various industries such as Hospitality, Logistics, Pharmaceuticals and E-Commerce on Foreign Exchange Laws and Corporate Laws.
He brings with him strategic understanding and experience
in relation to investment transactions and other
commercial arrangements. He has assisted several companies
in recovering their outstanding dues by strategizing the
legal recovery process and initiating proceedings under
the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.
